pass 2 weeks... i caught 2 soccer finals.. FA Cup Finals.. UEFA Champions League final.. it kept me contended with my usual dose of exciting football action but i shall not talk about outcome... somehow i come to realise the people who are involved in sports entertainment or those who telecast sporting events.. cause the sports that are telecast on tv..somwhat helps you to keep up your appetiate for sports..
after my football season ended.. i get to catch the NBA playoffs.. how exciting!! NBA playoffs are actually quite interesting... but of course they dont give me the same adrenaline rush as football but it will still do.. haha.. especially seeing the last season's champ gettin knockout.. hahaha...
following that.. only for this year.. there is the world cup.. how nice.. late nights.. hanging out with guy friends.. haha.. shouting at the tv for fouls.. lol! some people just dont understand the passion that comes with the sport =)
if not.. there's always tennis all year round.. ronald garros is up next.. followed by wimbledon.. haha.. and if i make the effort to wake up a little earlier.. i might be able to catch Major League Baseball World Series.. No wonder a people can be come a sports junky..
i thank God that lately my knee hasnt been giving way.. so least i can work out in the gym reguarly and train my soccer team more enthusiastically.. hopefully i can get my fitness back soon.. it is really tough training soccer for 2-3 hours without getting tired not be being a good example to my team..
today.. while doing my devotion.. i was being challenged by this statement.. my devotion to follow the Lord is to be a daily desire rather than dramatic devotion...
it is awesome to experience great spiritual events in our lives but our daily attempt or selection to obey Christ best display our constant love for Him... unless we continuingly devoted ourselves to the Lord daily only then will be able to sing of His love and grace day after day... doing so would make expressing our affection for our Lord to others much easier =)

lately i haven been really active in alot of stuffs.. except gym.. which has always been on the schedule.. i realise the ad-hoc relief teaching has really affect my plannings because.. i cant really plan my day until the day itself..
i feel bad turn people down... even if it's a job.. that affects me when i apply for a job.. hahaha.. i was so afraid to apply for multiple jobs at the same time cos i was afraid i had to reject people.. but when i did... i got no replies from any of them.. frustrated yet.. i learnt something.. just go for it! lol
but the ironic thing is... with so many vacancies around being posted online and in the papers.. i kinda hard for me to imagine how i can not get a job.. even a part time one.. oh well... i am already holding the job as a relief teacher so no worries =)

in a same way.. you cant really describe the grace, love and mercy of God Almighty unless the scales of their spiritual eyes are remove... which can only be done by the grace of God...
that is why.. our salvation is by God's divine appointment not by our own effort.. that is call SOVEREIGN GRACE..
